She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. "Dutch" Daniel and Odessa Jane Tucker Daniel; her husband Wendell G. Polston; her son Gregory Alan Polston; her siblings, J. C. Daniel and Marie Cooper; and her grandson Waylon Polston.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Polston of Russell Springs, Scott Polston of Russell Springs and Lisa Blakeman (Mark) of Russell Springs; and her sisters, Katie Gadberry of Russell Springs and Brenda Sue Daniel of Columbia. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
