She was predeceased by: her father James Milton; her husband Gene Chumbley; her grandson Roy Chumbley Jr.; her son-in-law Dennis Stapp; and her sisters, Kathaleen Burton, Wanda Barton, Paulette Goode, Revena Butler and Geraldine Sharp.

She is survived by: her children, Roy Chumbley (Teresa), Daniel Chumbley (Jill), Steven Michael Chumbley (Megan) and Linda Stapp of Russell Springs; her siblings, J. T. Burton, Jeff Burton of Indianapolis, IN, Elmer Burton of Columbia and Trish Burton Obermuller of Port Richey, FL; her close friend Beth Meirs; and her pets, Peanut and Lupen. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
