He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Phillips; his wife Lucy Phillips; his daughters, Danielle Webster and Bridgett Phillips; and his brothers, Bryan Phillips and Ricky Phillips.
He is survived by: his mother Emily Tankersley Harris of Russell Springs; his daughters, Ashley Hartman of Russell Springs and Myra Noffsinger (Bill) of Hamersville, Ohio; his siblings, Jeff Phillips (Donna) of Amelia, Ohio, Denise Harris of Russell Springs, Melissa Voils (Tommy) of Russell Springs and Krista Meece of Russell Springs; his grandchildren, Michael Webster, Laney Noffsinger and Caylee Graham; his great grandchild Riley Webster; and his niece Jessica Gossage.
