She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Cromwell and Tamzy Louisa Whitehead Rodgers; her husband Jack G. Bernard; and her sister Tyona Collins. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Bernard (Lecil), Tyler Bernard (Amber) of Dunnville, Kim Wyatt (Matt) of Russell Springs and Wendy Blair (Michael) of Russell Springs; and her brothers, Jimmy Rodgers of Junction City, Doyle Rodgers of Russell Springs, Noel Rodgers (Vickie) of Windsor and Joseph Rodgers of Russell Springs. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren; and her eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Thomas Ridge Cemetery Fund.
