She was predeceased by: her child Chalmers; her husband Leon Cade; her children, Mary Leona Cade and Richard Leon Cade; and her siblings, Betty Jean Nethery, Doris Johnson, Wendell Nethery and Kennard Nethery.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Stodghill Nethery and Larry Cade (Judy) of Russell Springs; and her siblings, Roger Nethery (Gloria) of Bloomfield, Kentucky and Geneva Lees of Louisville. She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and many friends.
