He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellebree Thomas and Olza Shepard Thomas; and his sister Thelma Jean Hall. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Burton Thomas; his sons, Matthew Thomas (Ginny Rose) of Russell Springs and Micah Thomas (Kori Beth) of Scottsville; his brother Lewis Ellebree Thomas of Russell Springs; and his grandchildren, Lucas, Tyler, Bella, Maddie Thomas, Korbin and Karol Thomas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bernard Funeral Home (367 Main St, Russell Springs, KY 42642). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gideons International or to the Wilkerson Cemetery Fund. These donations may be made at the funeral home.
