He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellebree Thomas and Olza Shepard Thomas; and his sister Thelma Jean Hall. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Burton Thomas; his sons, Matthew Thomas (Ginny Rose) of Russell Springs and Micah Thomas (Kori Beth) of Scottsville; his brother Lewis Ellebree Thomas of Russell Springs; and his grandchildren, Lucas, Tyler, Bella, Maddie Thomas, Korbin and Karol Thomas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
