She is survived by: her significant other Christopher Whalen; her daughters, Kelly Perez Robertson (Travis) of Columbia, Stacy Perez of Columbia and Talitha Whittle; her sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Collett of Hazard, Linda Thompson (Terry) of Hazard, Phyllis Luallan of Memphis and Patricia Botkins of New Albany, Indiana; her grandchildren, Kayla McBeath, Ethan Akers, Jaylin Birdwell, Benjamin Mattingly, Abigail Robertson, Phoenix Perez, Antonio Perez, Keturah Perez, Max Whittle and Alex Warriner; and her great grandchild Kalli Jo Crigger. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
