He was predeceased by: his parents, Audra Webster and Russell Webster; and his sister Francis Tossey (Richard) of Springfield. He is survived by: his significant other Deborah Scheetz of Russell Springs; and his daughters, Kris Miles (Butch) of Springfield, Shelly Ratliff (David) of Howell and Jodi Powers (Rock) of Marysville, Ohio. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
