With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eula Mae Bernard of Russell Springs, Kentucky, born in Russell, Kentucky, who passed away on February 7, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Liston Lawless and Ada Pearl Antle Helm; her husband Kenneth A. Bernard; her grandson Kevin Baker Godby; and her siblings, Elmer Lawless, Ivan Lawless, Gertie Loy, Irene Shearer and Clora Bernard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Godby (Noel) of Russell Springs and Johnna Matney (Jimmy) of Russell Springs; her grandchildren, Lesley (Willie Hurt) of Russell Springs, Eric Godby (Euretha) of Russell Springs, Jason Matney (Rebecca) of Bowling Green, Adam Matney (Pam) of Georgetown and Tyler Matney (Christin) of Russell Springs; her great grandchildren, Kelsay Chambless (Matt), Colton Hurt, Bryson Godby, Karli Hurt, Ciara Matney, Katie Bunch, Brooks Matney, Bristol Matney, Blake Wooley, Zeke Matney, Griffin Matney, Molly McQueary, Brittany Antle (Logan) and Tinslee Matney; and her great great grandchildren, Jamie Chambless, Eleanor Antle and Claire Antle.
