She was predeceased by: her parents, Refus Dowell and Ada Mae Coffey Gentry; her siblings, Jerry Gentry and Wanda Rhoten; and her son-in-law Lawrence Adkins.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip; her children, Lance Johnson of Russell Springs, Jason Johnson of Russell Springs and Angela Adkins of Russell Springs; her sisters, Judy Campbell of Columbia and Joan Shaw of Edmonton; and her grandchildren, Tristan Adkins, Kassidy Johnson, Olivia Adkins, Justin Adkins and Aaron Johnson.
