He is survived by: his wife Linda McGowan of Russell Springs, KY; his son Desmond Lee McGowan (Kelly) of Hamilton, OH.; his brothers, Frankie McGowan of Russell Springs, KY and Freddie McGowan of Russell Springs, KY.; his grandson Devin McGowan; his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Mel Hargis, Katie and Ki Hargis; and his great grandchild Ava Hargis.
