She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Veatch and Alice Foster Veatch. She is survived by: her husband David Bunch of Russell Springs; her sons, Zachariah Bunch (Elizabeth) of Russell Springs and Elijah Bunch of Russell Springs; her brother Matthw Veatch (Linda) of Russell Springs; and her grandchildren, Levi Bunch and Kamron Bunch.
In lieu of flowers, Debra had requested donations to Ridge Crest Cemetery.
