He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Gladys Gorsick Yates; his wife Linda Yates of Russell Springs, KY; his children, Angela Huckelby (Kevin) of Russell Springs, KY. and Chris Yates (Leslie) of Russell Springs, KY.; his brothers, Johnny Yates of Sebring, FL, James Yates of Knoxville, TN and Earl Junior Yates; his grandchildren, Jacob Yates, Braxton Browning, Ryan Yates, Hannah Yates, Nathaniel Huckelby, Ethan Birge, Elliott Birge and Autumn Huckelby; his great grandchildren, Damien Browning, Bella Yates and Payeton Bell; his sisters, Rita Ernspiker, Marie Paul and Anita Dobson; and his granddaughter Kinley Browning.
