We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2022, at the age of 60, David A Smith of Russell Springs, Kentucky, born in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Smith and Ormal Withers Smith; his siblings, Calvin Douglas Smith and Judy Smith; and his brother-in-law Steve Kerr.
He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Smith (Adam McBride) of Bowling Green and Kaitlyn Smith of Bowling Green; his grandsons, Levi McBride of Bowling Green and Cade McBride of Bowling Green; his sister Pam Kerr of Russell Springs; his sister-in-law Sherry Smith of Russell Springs; his aunts and uncles, Modine Hall, Evona Withers, Fanny Mae Jacobs, Norman Smith and Glenfield Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Lora Walters (Randy), Ashley Kinnaird (Bill), Josh Smith (Elizabeth), David Paul Kerr (Serena) and Adam Kerr (Katrina).
