She is survived by: her mother Donita Stephens (Thomas) of Jamestown, KY; her grandmother Alberta Thomas (Granny Bird); her children, Dustin Jade Stephens of Danville, KY, Brittany Nicole Gossage of Anderson, SC, Jasmine Brooke York of Jamestown, KY and Jaden York of Jamestown, KY; and her siblings, Dana Gaskin (Scott) of Russell Springs, KY and Chris Stephens of Jamestown, KY.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
