He was predeceased by: his parents, Londo "Short" Wooldridge and Enola Russell Wooldridge; and his siblings, Paul Wooldridge, James "Keil" Wooldridge, Phillip Wooldridge and Evelyn Fay Sneed.

He is survived by: his wife Mavis Bloyd Wooldridge of Russell Springs; his son David Charles Wooldridge of Russell Springs; his grandchildren, David Christopher Wooldridge and Lindsey Nicole Wooldridge; and his great grandchildren, Conner Wooldridge and Emmalyn Kate Wooldridge.
