He is survived by: his children, Josh Voils (Shelby) of Russell Springs, Kaysie Voils of Jamestown and Chester Voils, III (Sarah Hunter) of Russell Springs; his siblings, Tommy Voils (Melissa) of Russell Springs, Eva Jessee of Russell Springs and Crystal Stilts (Bryan) of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Colbie Bunch, Marcus Voils and Oliver Beach; and his close friend Tiffany Carroll. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; his cousins.
