Orab, Ohio; his brother Doyle Owens of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Rebecca Pegoli (Tony), Mandy Whisman, Charles Allen Owens (Bailey), Derek Clay Owens and Brittany Fannin (Colton); and his great grandchildren, Collin Whisman, Ethan Whisman, Stella Pegoli, Kinsley Fannin, Evelyn Owens and Jameson Fannin.
