It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carla Lea Thomas of Russell Springs, Kentucky, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Gadberry and Janet Hopper Gadberry; and her sister Pamela Kiser. She is survived by: her daughter Stacy Hopper (Jeremy) of Russell Springs; her siblings, Gregory Gadberry (Linda) of Somerset, Michael Gadberry of Russell Springs, Lisa Collins (Neil) of Russell Springs and Tamie Guffey (Jason) of Kings Mountain; and her grandchildren, Madison Hopper, Adalyn Hopper and Carly Hopper.
