He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Gene Flatt and Linda Sneed Flatt Burton. He is survived by: his son Derrick Flatt of Russell Springs; his siblings, Billy Flatt (Darlinda) of Jamestown, Terry Flatt (Laura) of Columbia, Darrell Flatt (Candy) of Columbia and Vickie Clemons (Roy) of Russell Springs; and his grandchildren, Sky Line Coyle and Tristan Combs.
