He is survived by: his children, Melanie Ruth Wade Dyer of Louisville, Monica Pauline Conner of Jamestown and Michael Stephen Wade of Russell Springs; his brother Rollin Bruce Wade (Bonnie) of Russell Springs; his grandchildren, Natalie Dyer, Megan Dyer, Cynthia Auterson, Dana Auterson, Noah Auterson and Maxwell Octavian Wade; and his great grandchildren, Evie Sullivan and Gabriel Miller.
