He is survived by: his children, Melanie Ruth Wade Dyer of Louisville, Monica Pauline Conner of Jamestown and Michael Stephen Wade of Russell Springs; his brother Rollin Bruce Wade (Bonnie) of Russell Springs; his grandchildren, Natalie Dyer, Megan Dyer, Cynthia Auterson, Dana Auterson, Noah Auterson and Maxwell Octavian Wade; and his great grandchildren, Evie Sullivan and Gabriel Miller.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Bernard Funeral Home (367 Main St, Russell Springs, KY 42642). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
