He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Singleton and Ella Azalee Anderson Singleton; his son Richard Singleton; and his siblings, Donald Singleton, Billy Singleton, Brenda Ramsey and Dorothy Martin.

He is survived by: his wife Nadine Holtzclaw Singleton of Russell Springs; his grandchildren, Joshua Derick Brown, Elizabeth Hope Riley and Jennifer Ann Singleton; his great grandchildren, Logan, Luni Lee, Jerrica and Kendall; and his sister Barbara Baker.
