She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Dwight Gosser and Joyce Blevins. She is survived by: her parents, Dakota Blevins of Russell Springs and Adriana Perez of Russell Springs; her grandparents, Tiffany Johnson of Russell Springs, Caleb, Heather Shirley of Russell Springs, Dirk and Beth Blevins of Russell Springs; her great-grandparents, Ronella, Ores Barger of Dunnville and Roger Blevins of Staffordsville; her great-great-grandparent Wanda Russell of Jamestown; and her aunts and uncles, Jahayden Rodriguez, Junior Rodriguez, Zander Rodriguez, Noah Rodriguez, Daylon Blevins, Gaby Morales, Bella Perez, Amber Humble (Chris) and Brooke Breeding (Morgan).
