He is survived by: his mother Frances Gosser Polston of Russell Springs; his daughter Nevaya Polston of Daytona, FL.; his brother David Anthony Arms of Russell Springs, KY.; and his aunts and uncles, Wanda Samlot of Russell Springs, Sandy Combs, Vicki Hancock of Hopkinsville, Lisa Blakeman of Russell Springs, Doug, Scott Polston of Russell Springs and Anthony Gosser. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of a donation to help with funeral expenses.
