He is survived by: his children, Carol McIntosh (Randy), Gerald Collins, Roger Collins (Rhonda), Ronnie Collins (Pamela) and Randy Collins (Melissa); his siblings, Wanda Bunch and Lynn Collins; his wife Margaret Collins; his daughter Kathy Collins; and his siblings, Ester Collins, Phyllis Malone, Clifton, James, Lester, Beckham and Curtis Collins. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
