It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Joe Barker Sr. of Rush, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva S. Barker and Joann Swinford Barker; his sister Joyce Ann Colegrove; and his brother-in-law Grayden Colegrove. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Elliott Barker; his children, Samuel Barker, Jr. of Salt Rock, WV, Brad Barker (Heather) of Grayson, Jessica Lambers (Aaron) of Catlettsburg and Brittany Ramos (Fernando) of Grayson; and his brothers, Matthew Daniels (Beverly), James Daniels (Fay) and Robert Ingram. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, friends and extended family.
