He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Thomas and Betty Horton Thomas; his brothers, Dan Thomas, Horton Thomas and Leonard Thomas; his siblings-in-law, Jean Thomas, Mary Etta Thomas, Phyllis Thomas, Barbara Thomas, Emma Thomas, Tom Gillum, Keith Gillum and Bob Gillum; his granddaughter Allison Thomas; and his great grandchild Aubree Hill.
He is survived by : his wife Joyce Gillum Thomas; his children, Wayne Thomas (Denise) of Rush, Quentin Thomas (Jeri) of Grayson, Vaughn Thomas (Jennifer) of Costa Rica, Marlene Stewart (Darrell) of Rush and Richard Thomas (Robin) of Rush; his siblings, Larry Thomas, Gary Thomas (Teresa), Hubert Thomas, Carolyn Young (Don) and Minnie Leibee (Don); his siblings-in-law, Jeanetta Thomas, Barbara Gillum, Dora Lee Gillum, Garnet Gillum, Susie Thomas (Paul) and Bill Gillum (Geneva); his grandchildren, Misty Mullis (John Stevens), Jeremy Thomas (Rebecca), Shae Thomas, Chandra Hill (Aaron), Caleb Stewart (Randalene Sergent), Devin Thomas (Whitney), Silas Thomas, Victoria Thoman (Sam), Arianna Thomas and Simeon Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Corey Griffith (Karen Peck), Austin Primm, Dominic Mullis, Cooper Thomas, Kourtney Thomas, Nate Hill, Cole Hill, Cohen Stewart, Brody Stewart and Aiden Stewart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
