She is survived by: her parents, James "Harold" and Brenda Chaffins McCown of Rush, KY.; her husband James "Dean" Caldwell; her children, Justin Davis of Rush, Brandon Shannon (Debbie) of Ashland, Whitni Davis of Rush and Kandace Caldwell-Eickbush (Benjamin) of Maysville, KY; her siblings, Ronald Williams of Oxnard, CA and Kelli McCown of Rush; her grandchildren, Jacob, Jaeli, Haevyn, Blakely and Trey; and her mother-in-law Sue Caldwell of Rush.
Due to the COVID pandemic, face coverings will be required and social distancing will be observed.
