He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Elliott and Mary Holbrook Elliott; his wife Patricia Gaye Brainard Elliott; and his brothers, Larry Elliott and Donald Elliott.
He is survived by: his children, Norman Edward Elliott (Christy) of Rush, Andrew Elliott (Amanda) of Rush, Dustin Savage of Argillite, Mandy Elliott of Grayson, Morgan Woodrow and Randi Savage of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Stephanie Binion, Taylor Elliott, Leann Elliott, Maverick Elliott, P. J. Elliott, Gavin Elliott, Novalee Hall, Hunter Shadwick and Harper Shadwick; and his sisters, Thelma Kiser (Lewis) of Grayson, Louise Elliott Knipp of Grayson, Donna Stepp (Joe) of Wheelersburg, OH., Lois Hall of Grayson and Jeanie Littleton (Tim) of Olive Hill. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
