He was predeceased by : his father James Allen Berry, Sr.; and his brother Gregory Wade Johnson. He is survived by : his mother Barbara Moore Berry of Rush; his wife Ronda Michelle Adkins Berry; his sons, Levi Berry of Morehead, KY, Logan Berry of Rush and Jonah Berry of Rush; and his siblings, Larry Wayne Berry of Rush, Lesa Michelle Duley (Mike) of Rush and April Familton (Bob) of Grayson. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
