He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Harrison and Florence Alice Conley Rigsby; his son Shawn Kenneth Rigsby; and his sisters, Joyce Ingle and Laura Geanette Travis.

He is survived by: his wife Glenna; his daughter Melissa; his grandchildren, Kena, Chase and Isaac; and his great grandchildren, Emilia, Knox, Ellie and Hattie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
