He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mills Marsh of Rush; his daughters, Lora Rogers (Jeremy) of Rush and Deborah Quinn (Colton) of Rush; his sisters, Cindy Gullett (Tim) of Ashland and Joan Brown (Frank) of Washington, NC; his parents-in-law, Thurman Lee and Wanda Mills of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Cole Rogers, Raelee Rogers, Owen Rogers and Peyton Quinn. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
