He is survived by : his father David Arbogast (Judy); his children, Mark Tyler Arbogast (RoseAnn "Annie"), Lori Jo Arbogast and Kayla Ratcliff; his caregiver Karen Ratcliff of Huntington, WV.; his siblings, Lori Spears (Fred) of Port Richey, Florida, Kim Henry (Lee) of Lesage, WV, Billie Garrett of Parkersburg, WV and Billy; his close friend John Hardiman of Prichard, WV.; and his grandchildren, William Owen, Raelynn Arbogast, Isaiah Derek, Jeffrey Alexander Beavers, Benjamin Aaron Keeney and Aquillo DesChain Adkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
