She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Castle and Juanita Dickens Castle; her husband Donald Hampton; her daughter Betty Jo Hampton Edwards; her brother Willard Castle; and her brothers-in-law, Tim Shaffer and Dennis Jackson.
She is survived by: her son Danny Hampton (Cathy); her grandchildren, Cody Harris of Ashland and Kelsey Hampton of Toledo, Ohio; and her siblings, Fred Castle (Penny) of Clarkston, Wayne Castle (Shelia) of Rush, Kentucky, Janie Shaffer of Grayson and Judy Jackson of Helenwood.
