She is survived by: her siblings, Henry Spillman, Ray Spillman, Clyde Spillman, Clara Spillman and Doris Cripple; her siblings-in-law, Ottis Cripple, Ed Sansom and Annette Spillman; her husband Homer J. Middleton; her children, Mark J. Middleton (Karen) of Loomis, CA, Sharon K. Goble of Rush, KY, James R. Goble (Gena) of Rush, KY and Homer R. Middleton (Amy) of Rush, KY; her grandchildren, Alisha Williams (Jason), Jackie Henderson (Lonnie), Patricia Steele (Scotty) and Tiffany Nelson (Marshall); her great grandchildren, Makenzie, Hudson, Alex, Peyton, Austin, Savanna, Drew, Maddy, Max, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Kyra, Noah, Trenton, Oliver, Brian, Ashlyn, Kylie, Spencer, Aurora, Justin and Kelsey; her sisters, Jean Spillman of Ashland, KY, Francis Spillman of Ashland, KY and Faye Sansom of Ashland, KY; and her sisters-in-law, Norma Spillman of Ohio and Dorthy Spillman of Ashland, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
