He is survived by: his wife Lorri Atwell; his children, Stacey Atwell-Dille (Barry) and Austin Atwell (Hannah); his grandchildren, Morgan Atwell, Kali Dille, Landon Dille, Hayden Dille, Jaxson Dille, Silas Atwell, Titus Atwell and Jayvian "Jack" Lee; his sister Lisa Tobin (Michael); his niece Melissa Tobin; his nephews, Tyler, Hunter and J. Robert Lindsey; and his sister-in-law P. J. Lindsey (late Bobby).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that lanterns be sent in memory of Billy.
