He was predeceased by: his parent Hershel Williams; and his brothers, James Williams and Carl Williams. He is survived by: his parent Edna Arnett Williams; his wife Nora Williams; his children, Walton Williams, Terry Wayne Williams, Tony Williams and Barbara Marlowe; and his sister Mazie Jones. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
