He is survived by: his parent Lena Walters Holbrook; his son Dylan Holbrook; his siblings, Carl Holbrook, Carol Fugate of Janet Minix and Marilyn "Skip" Holbrook; and his stepchildren, Jason Longmire and Gina Longmire Russ.
