He was predeceased by: his parents, Hager Holbrook and Lena Walters Holbrook; and his siblings, Clyde Holbrook, George Holbrook, Phillip Holbrook, Neva Collingsworth, Sandy Lawler and Cathy Wolfe.
He is survived by: his son Sherman Holbrook (Kate); his wife Cindy Holbrook; his sisters, Carol Fugate (Alfred) and Janet Minix (Will); and his grandchildren, Emma Holbrook, Jamison Holbrook and Addy Mae Holbrook. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
