He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Napier; his daughter Darlene Combs; his grandson Travis Stacy of Jordan Mullins; and his siblings, Virgil, Jesse, Estill, Willard, Jimmy, Hazel, Myrtle, Susie and Lola.
He is survived by: his parent Lula Hudson Napier; his wife Josephine Napier (Barnett); his daughters, Joyce (William), Booter, Janet (Chuck Stevens), Marlene Neace and Janelle (Doug Fugate); and his grandchildren, Angela Daniel, Randy Mullins, Jaime Wells, Gary Moore, Jeremy Neace, Justin Neace, Jason Combs and Joshua Combs. He is also survived by great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
