She was predeceased by: her parents, Sercy Raley and Ruth James Whitehead Raley; her husband Ned Spencer; and her siblings, Fred Raley, Barbara Mitchell and Marsha Reeves.
She is survived by: her sons, Charlie Hall (Tammy) of Elizabethtown and Jeff Sewell (Tammy Willis) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Tamber Sewell, Madison Hall and Bailey Hall; and her siblings, David Raley of Horse Branch, Paul Raley of Beaver Dam, Jill Alingh (Ray) of Cromwell and Mary Rice of Owensboro.
