He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tim Hurley, Daniel Hurley and Lavonda Hurley. He is survived by: his sons, William Blackburn, Jr. of Indiana and Troy James Blackburn of Ohio; his parent Brenda Blackburn Ingram (Albert) of Middletown, Ohio; and his siblings, A. J. Ingram of Middletown, James Ingram of Dayton, Ohio, Mary Jones of Middletown, Ohio. and Elizabeth Gill of Middletown, Ohio.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
