She is survived by: her brothers, Roy Fraley of Beattyville, Mervin Fraley of Huber Heights and Tolbert Fraley of Beattyville; her children, Joyce Handlon of Campton, Gladys Woosley of Rogers, Rhonda Irey of Christmas, Terry Tipton of Campton and Irvin Phillips; and her grandchildren, Justin Handlon, Travis Handlon, Donald King, Timothy Walters, Amanda Walters, Shelley Hatton, Elicia Parks, Brack Bryant, Jr., Nicole, Terry Jr. and Kimberly. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
