He was predeceased by: his father William E. Ballinger; and his stepfather Dee R. Ethington. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Ballinger, Devon Ballinger Schroder and Steven R. Ballinger; and his sisters, Denise E. Quire, Kemberly S. Ethington, Stephanie Ethington and Christine E. Mattingly. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
