He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Smallwood Conley; and his parents, Bascom Conley and Mary Nettie Williams Conley. He is survived by: his friends, Mike and Tommie Bennett; his close friend Sam Felker; his children, Kimberlee Conley Perry (Ray) and James Kipton Conley (Kay); and his grandchildren, Clayton Conley Perry and Taylor Daniel Powell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Jim's memory be made to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
