He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Widemann Mullins and William Edward Mullins; and his siblings, Shirley Marksberry and William Mullins, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Renee Mullins; his children, Tracie Kellerman-Mullins, Morgan Elizabeth Mullins and Ryan Daniel; his sister Judy Cromer; and his close friend Tommy Joe. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
