He is survived by: his wife Shirley Helton Perry of Rogers, Kentucky; his daughters, Frances Hatton (Billy) of Campton, Cassidy Attebery (Tommy) of Fort Worth, Harollina Perry (Allan Moore) of Zoe and Tonya Perry (Austan Pierce) of Fort Worth, Texas; his grandchildren, Alexius Hatton, Trey Attebery, Cadence Attebery, Memphis Williams, Braelyn Hatton and Greyson Moore; and his sisters, Patty Perry of Salyersville and Della Hoskins of Danville, Kentucky..
