He was predeceased by: his parent Bridgette Oppenlender Rice; and his stepson Cody Emery. He is survived by: his father Franklin D. Rice, Sr.; his siblings, Tina Rice and Billy Tomlin; his daughter Jessie Rice; and his stepchildren, Katlin Thornton Gray, Ronnie and Dylan Emery. He is also survived by several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
