He is survived by: his wife Kathy Buckler O'Brien of Rockport, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jonathon Case O'Brien (Alysha) of Newburgh and Rebecca Brewer (Ryan) of Beechmont; and his siblings, Larry O'Brien of Central City, Doris Salmon (David) of Louisville and Aileen Maugherman of Bradenton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
