He is survived by: his wife Olivia Masters Collins; his sons, Chuck Collins (Stevie) and Tim Collins (Robin); his grandchildren, Emily, Austin, Hannah and Brynlee; and his great grandchild Josiah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
